| A quiz preluded the start of Unit 4. Starting with the Scientific Revolution in the 16th century, we met up with scientists like Copernicus, Brahe (brah or bra-hay?), and Kepler, his assistant who 'didn't let his work end in vain'. 17th century contained Galileo and some others like Bacon (bacon makes everything better, doesn't it?) and Descartes (day-car, not des-car-tays). | |
